At Bunka, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bunka account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
